Partnering with Human Resources, we helped operational managers in global and regional teams build empathy to understand the daily life of people and benchmark operations in similar-sized businesses to learn outside-in.
Regional pilot in place in 3 months and successfully rolled out to the globe 9 months later. Clearer roles and responsibilities was identified as the key change between different operational groups. The business model was adopted across the broader organization.
